I Hate The Fact That

I’m using the default layout (minus the top header picture). This is supposed to be a (psuedo) web designer’s personal page. It’s supposed to be kick-ass. But I just can’t bring myself to mess with the CSS. I guess I’m more scared messing up some PHP code and totally ruining the site.
I have the “PHP and MySQL for Dummies” book and I just got to the part about PHP (it starts off with MySQL), so i feel like I’m just treading water in an uncharted piece of ocean.
Somebody tell me to grow up and quit being such a wuss. Look how many other people have taken the WP template and made it their own…do they all have a master knowledge of PHP? I should think not (at least I hope not).
Seriously, someone come slap me or something…

As I post this, my site breaks. It’s like it lost the background image of the body. Oh well. I guess more incentive to redo the site as my own…

2 minutes later I figured out that I forgot the end quotes on my link HTML, which made the browswer render it as some sort of footer or something. My bad…
