		<description>In response to the $10 a gallon discussion, and saying that jobs would go away, that&#039;s true to an extent I think.  I think the market would correct itself in the way of the urban areas will become more dense.  You will live much closer to those businesses....You will see a return of main street and downtown areas that are more dense and more likely within walking distance.  Strip malls and Urban sprawl will decline.  OKC is one of the most vulnerable to these changes, whereas New york or say chicago won&#039;t see as big of a change.  I&#039;m lucky in that i&#039;m 3.5 miles from work, so I can bike to work.</description>
