		<itunes:summary>Hosts EJ Hayes, Willie Hayes, Chris Armstrong, andhellip; Dave Bondhellip; eventuallyhellip;
Since it takes us more than 6 months to get these shows out, all of the technology news is waaaay outdatedhellip; Especially with the cell phone market the way it is. Wersquo;ll start off with the Blackberry Kickstart ndash; a RAZR/BB hybrid.
And Dave decides that wersquo;re good enough for him to comingle withhellip;
Back to the Kickstart, which is actually the flip BB, aimed at the mass market. We run through the boring specs which have already been doubled by the new versions. Look at the monkey instead.
Willie interjects with Anecdote #1: His father-in-law bought a BB, even though he doesnrsquo;t have a computer or an email address. He bought it, however, so that he can email and text his kids, which he apparently does successfully. Nice ndash; albeit a little premature. EJ adds that he uses his BB instead of his computer to do email, even though hersquo;s at his computer.
After the short interruption, we discuss how Blackberry should market their products so that they have more mass appeal. Hopefully RIM will listen to us. We have GREAT suggestions.
http://crackberry.com/blackberry-kickstart-8220-smartphone-review
Next up: BATMAN!!! POW! ZONK! KA-CHOW!
http://movies.nytimes.com/2008/07/18/movies/18knig.html?ref=movies
Despite Willie not having seen the movie, we talk about it, without spoiling it for him. Chris offers up his one-word review: TheAnimatedSeriesGrownUp. HA! We then decide that the animated series was the Dick Tracy of our day.
Instead of talking about The Dark Knight, we end up talking about Batman: The Animated Series. We also agree that Two-Face was probably the best villain in the animated series.
We canrsquo;t help but reminiscing about our childhood and talking about our favorite characters and episodes.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman:_the_animated_series
Moving on, again, since Willie hasnrsquo;t seen The Dark Knight at the time of recording: Christian Bale beats his mother and sister. EJrsquo;s theory is that Bale couldnrsquo;t get out of Batman persona. ldquo;I am Batman!rdquo; ldquo;Christian, come down off the TV, man.rdquo; ldquo;No! I am Batman!rdquo;
http://omg.yahoo.com/news/bale-asks-for-privacy-in-assault-allegations/11227
Besides the fact he couldnrsquo;t stop being Batman, he was also a psycho in American Psycho (and an American ndash; even though hersquo;s from England) and a FREAKING NEWSIE!!! THE MAIN NEWSIE! But definitely see The Prestige.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0144084/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0104990/
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0482571/
Chris didnrsquo;t remember the jacked-up-ness of Batman in American Psycho, though Batmanrsquo;s jacked-up-ness in Newsies is forever seared in his mind for reasons totally unrelated to the film. Fortunately, Batmanrsquo;s performance in The Prestige totally redeemed himself.
NOTICE: Wersquo;re still working on bluenotestudios.com. Seriously.
EJ then busts out a great impression of Heath Ledger as the Joker in The Dark Knight.
The relationship between solidroots.com and bluenotestudios.com is the relayed in no uncertain terms. Also, the history of Blue Note Studios and the inspiration is conveyed.
Next NCAA Football 09: Not for the Wii.
No high-def + crappy controller + low processing power + gimmicky interface = not impacting the game.
Not impacting the game = dudes that arenrsquo;t into gaming + chicks = the casual gamer
And we reminisce about Madden days of yore (and we realized that the reason he brought up the topic was so he could relive his dominance, particularly at Dave's expense).nbsp; What kind of gamers are we? Dave is the Bills, Willie is probably the Sooners (can play when it doesnrsquo;t count, but canrsquo;t finish up when it counts), Chris is creative type ndash; out of necessity, and EJ is Bill Parcells (controls everything).
Now that Windows 7 is about to drop, we bring up the Mojave Experient,...</itunes:summary>

		<itunes:summary>Contest:nbsp; I'm going to give something away to the first person who can identify the Seinfeld reference in the show.nbsp; No guarantees on the prize and you must leave a comment telling me what the reference was.

LIve and direct from The Blue Room in Edmond, OK, Chris and EJ, and later Dave, are all in studio.nbsp; Speaking of the Blue Room, itrsquo;s actually a blues club in Kansas City.nbsp; We couldnrsquo;t find a link to the actual picture EJ has, but this is close enough.

ldquo;I thought he was going to punch her in the face!rdquo;

The Fist-Bump Heard Arond the World. Right up there with ldquo;The Butt-Slap Heard Around the Worldrdquo; or ldquo;The Boobie Grab That Sank 1,000 Ships.rdquo;nbsp; Obama breaks new ground in congratulatory celebrations.nbsp; Republicans are already calling it a "terrorist jab."

FYI ndash; There was a storm raging whilst we were recording.

ldquo;You might get shot.nbsp; I might shoot you.nbsp; Yoursquo;ll go down $50 richer, but you might die.rdquo;

Hypermiling ndash; the practice of being the biggest cheapskate you can on gas, while simultaneously causing major damage to your engine, brakes, tires, transmission, muffler, and radio and pissing off everyone within a 2 mile radius of your car.

Herersquo;s the ultimate hypermiler Wayne Gerdes.nbsp; Also known as Wayne ldquo;Get Outta My Way, Irsquo;ll Run Over You Before I Buy Gasrdquo; Gerdes.

Herersquo;s Dave.nbsp; Although you wonrsquo;t hear him for a little while because hersquo;s not all about getting ldquo;all up on the mic.rdquo;

ElectriveDrive.org sales figures.nbsp; *updated to June 2008.

ldquo;I encourage people with a heart to serve to step up and take the plunge.rdquo;

In this segment, we catch Dave up on all the things wersquo;ve already talked about.nbsp; Enjoy hearing it again.

ldquo;Nothing can kill the iPod unless itrsquo;s mine.rdquo;

iPod iPhone 2.0, EJrsquo;s iPod, Chris is using a Mac (oh the apple-manity), and, who couldrsquo;ve guessed, random topics.

ldquo;Act like the mic is the women voters and get all up in it.

American student James Buck used Twitter to bail himself out of an Egyptian jail.nbsp; Talk about your ultimate bail bond.

Unfortunately, we get off on the topic of whether itrsquo;s actually possible to ldquo;tweetrdquo; while being arrested by Egyptians.nbsp; Herersquo;s EJ's very scientific experiment.

Back on topic, Mr. Buck tries to free his translator.

Again, too bad we get back onto Twitter.nbsp; We so perceptively point out that it could be nicely used by cult leaders.

"Don't Tweet Me Bro!"

Speaking of tasing, that's what she said.nbsp; The LG Vu is 3" long, er..has a 3" screen.nbsp; It's reached that awkward stage where it wants to ask out the girl, but the quarterback of the football team iPhone, is flirting with her by her locker, even though he doesn't really like her like the Vu does.

In the background is Google, trying to take over the world.nbsp; "What are we going to do tonight, Google?"nbsp; "Same thing we do every night.nbsp; Try to take over the world."

"Google's starting to show some of their cracks"

"Aren't there, like, anti-trust laws."

EJ and Chris carry on a Twitter conversion whilst podcasting.nbsp; Oh how connected we are.

"I always TiVo Lost on my Cox DVR, blow my nose in a Kleenex made by Puffs Plus, and drink a Coke called Dr. Pepper."

"I recently took my Facebook off."

"You have 2 options, 'Men,' 'Women,' or blank."

"George Bush created Facebook."

"I'm about to put my nerd hat back on."

Our Lost discussion gets into the season finale.nbsp; First, what happened to Locke?nbsp; How did he die?nbsp; Will the island bring him back to life?nbsp; What's up with Ben getting back to the island?nbsp; Are Saywer and Juliet Adam and Eve?nbsp; Why were the graphics so cheesy to Dave?nbsp; Will Al Gore blame global warming on why the ocean's went lower, in reality, it's the island moving in space/time?n...</itunes:summary>
